Weight Watchers.com Of course! Even if you go to meetings, I
recommend supplementing with the WW site. It's a great way to reinforce
your weekly meetings and get additional support.

Serious Weight Watchers My favorite Yahoo! group. It has a huge
member base of SERIOUS WWer's.  I've learned a lot from this group!

Weight Watchers Recipes

Hungry Girl Make sure you sign up for the newsletter. It's always nice to
have diet-friendly emails waiting for you

The Lean Plate Club Run by the Washington Post. Every week you get
an email and access to a web chat with lots of dieting info. Very
health-oriented.

Kraft Foods Healthy Living  An unbelievable amount of material here!

The Center for Science in the Public Interest A consumer watchdog
group that will give you lots of info in order to make healthy choices.

MsTeechur.com A fellow member of Serious Weight Watchers. I've
learned a lot from her! Her site contains lots of info and inspiration.

Dotti's Weight Loss Zone The go-to place if you need points information
on restaurants.

OnMyWeigh.com Another personal website devoted to WW. Check out
the Weight Loss Tools section (especially if you're an Excel devotee like
me!)

DietFacts.com Specifically, the listing of restaurant nutrition info.

Yahoo Diet and FitnessThere's really too much info on here for someone
to probably ever go through. But sometimes that's a GOOD thing. It's
always nice to have a site to be able to go to for health info and
inspiration. Keep this one tucked away to refer to when you're feeling
less than dedicated.

Cooking Light You'll need to subscribe to the magazine in order to have
access to the recipe database, but I highly recommend it. Besides,
receiving healthy magazines like this only helps to solidify your
commitment to eating healthy. I also like
Allrecipes, but it's very hard
sometimes to sift through all the recipes in order to find a healthy,
low-calorie one. Cooking Light's site basically does that for you.

Recipe Circus Specifically the Stadium Foods section. Very helpful to
know these things before you actually go to the stadium!

Shape.com Another magazine that I highly recommend, their website
also has a lot of content you can access even if you're not a subscriber.

Sparkpeople.com A great site with a lot of weight loss, fitness, and
healthy eating info!
As the title says, these are links that I personally have found
helpful. I do not put links on this page unless I enjoy the site.
